So I'm revamping the doll panel for Youmacon, and I'm asking for a little help from you guys. All I want are pictures of your dolls. XD I usually use company photos, but I'd really like to show some owners photos just to give it a more personal feel. So, if it's all right with you, I'd love to use some of your wonderful doll photos in the panel! Of course you'll get credit in the panel, and possibly candy the next time I see you.

So if you're willing, please just comment here with a link to your site or photos you'd like to share, your doll's name and model, and whatever name you want me to use when I credit you. Thank you so much! ♥

Well I haven't really taken pictures of Luke since then. Maybe a few here and there. I've been busy with moving, though... I want to get settled in and get back to more creative things. So hopefully updates will come in the future.

I need to completely re-do the doll panel for Youmacon, even though I don't know if I'll be running it again after that. Probably will, but eh. There's just so much information. @_@

The saving for Tiger is going slowly, but it's still going. >> I had to steal some for rent last month, but I'll put it back... unless I use it to buy Wii games. Heh heh.

Maybe that's why I don't bother to take pictures of Luke anymore? I mean, I enjoy getting him all dressed up and taking him to cons so I can play with him with other people's dolls, but otherwise he just sits on a shelf or in a bag. Sometimes I can't remember where I've left him. Occasionally I'll get the urge and take him out to take pictures of him, but I never post them. Half the time I don't even resize them. What's the point? A lot of this hobby is taking pretty pictures and sharing them with people, but I just don't feel the urge anymore. I haven't updated his site in almost a year. And I don't even want to discuss dolls in general anymore, because I don't want to get mixed up in all of the wank.

Maybe I'll try that BJD 365 thing. See if that'll kick me in gear.

Ugh. So apparently Acen has schedule not two, but THREE doll panels. What? Come on, seriously. There's no need to have three panels on any one subject.

I just e-mailed Sam and asked him to take our panel off the schedule. Let the other two groups duke it out, it's not worth the hassle.

Okay, you scheduled two dolls panels again this year. Fine, I can deal (though I am amused that our panel, ABCs of BJDs, is going against a panel called ABJD's FTW!).

I swear to god if you schedule them back to back again I will SHOOT SOMEONE, especially since I mentioned that in the panel submission form. That's not fair to any of the panelists involved, especially whoever has to go second. (Luckily for us we got to go first last year, but I felt bad that ChiTownDollz had to start their panel with a bunch of people who'd just sat there and been bored by us for an hour.)

So I think I've pretty much given up on getting a Hugo for Tiger, mostly because I'll never find the one I want and modifying him would be such a pain in the ass, and I'd still probably never be happy.

I thought I wanted an Elfdoll Red instead, because I love him, but he's so damn short. I thought of switching bodies but from what I've seen, it's just too small to look good on anything much bigger. I'm kind of considering him for Casey, though. (I like the NobilityDoll Lie for him, still, but I think the Red might be shorter. And let's face it, cuter.)

I've found myself really, really wanting a tanned Hound for Tiger. xD It's funny, because I'm not fond of the regular Hound, but he's really hot with the tanned skin. He looks good on the TensiYa site, but he looks even hotter in owner's pictures. But god, he's so fucking tall. >> But I suppose it doesn't matter since I probably can't afford the other dolls I want, so he wouldn't have to match a set or anything. Or he could just tower over Daniel. xD I guess that wouldn't be too bad. Hmm...

For everyone going to Youmacon:

Islington and I will be doing our ABCs of BJDs doll panel there this year. It will run for two hours, and will include a meetup and a Doll Cosplay Contest.

That last one is of him and his little stereo. I saw them at work, and they were too cute to pass up, so I got some for him, Five, Ichabod, Griffen, and Velouria. As soon as I find something awesome for the bigger dolls Bastian, Michael, Rhapsody and Hana will get presents too.

If anyone wants one of the stereos, they're at Wal-Mart for around $4. They come in red, black, pink and purple. But they're an Easter item, so if you want one you probably want to get there within the next couple days.

Luke just got his Hunting Party hoodie and can I just say that it's awesomely hot and I love onegreyelephant and everything she touches is gold? I'm not a fangirl, no, why do you ask? >_>

xD Seriously though, I'm wanting to do a photo story sometime soon, but the sky has opened up and seen fit to try to drown us for the past few days, so who knows when I'll get to.
